A Flat Connections Project for students of around age 8-14 years.
‘The Endangered Animals Project’ is part of the Flat Connections group of global projects.

The aim of this project is to explore global issues and to foster meaningful discussion and sharing between students. Outcomes will include student-driven solutions shared through creative use of technology.

This special project is also providing an opportunity for teachers who are new to online global projects to participate and gain insight into the many benefits of joining such projects.



FOCUS QUESTION: Can we work together to help save endangered animals of the world?


This collaboration will explore and share understandings and research around the following:

  • Interdependence of living creatures
  • Sustainability of animal environments
  • Evaluation of past and current practices on animal survival
  • Design of possible solutions for future action
